Hypnosis – Frequently asked Questions

How will I feel during Hypnosis?
Most people I have hypnotised feel very relaxed, safe and peaceful and enjoy the experience. Time goes by quickly. Some people who have come for changes in themselves, have had a profound understanding and maybe an emotional release, this is not unusual. Some people are surprised by what they see and feel under hypnosis. Ultimately the changes that you want have taken place in a safe professional way.

Will something bad happen to me during Hypnosis?
This is not an unusual question, especially with stage hypnotherapist asking people to cluck like chickens and do weird things that we would normally not do. Your subconscious mind would not allow you to do something that it is not morally or ethically comfortable for you. Your subconscious mind wants the best for you. The stage patrons are often young and willing and would feel comfortable clucking like a chicken. I’m a professional, my intention is to help you have want you desire in yourself. Confidentiality is assured. My ethics are bound by my professional responsibility to the Australian Hypnosis Association.

What do I get for my money?
If you desire change in your life, my responsibility is to facilitate the change. Hypnosis is a solution orientated form of therapy. You will experience a deep shift in the direction that you want. The result is made obvious to you. As long as you know what you want, are committed, actively contribute to your desired outcome, I can facilitate the change!
